SPEAKER 01 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I'm Cherry Campbell. This morning, I'm going to continue sharing with you the message I've been sharing with you for the last several broadcasts that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called Living in Perfect Peace. And I believe this message is blessing you. If you follow these steps, you can learn how to live in perfect peace. So join me now in our live service for part nine of this message, Living in Perfect Peace. So we prophesied what's going to happen in this year. It's also going to happen next year and the next year and the next year until Jesus comes. And we saw that the laws of the spirit will continue. Let me go back and read those again. The spiritual laws will never change. They will always be operative. They are the law of love, the law of faith, the law of the creative power of words, the law of spiritual authority to rule on the earth over yourself and your circumstances and situations, the elements around you. The law of sowing and reaping, the law of wisdom, which is being led by the Holy Spirit, and the law of obedience. So what do you do? Diligently and intentionally and daily. Diligently, intentionally, and daily use the spiritual laws for yourself instead of against yourself. The laws work. Walk in love, forgiveness, and mercy. You can work that against yourself by getting in strife and division. And that gives the devil an open door. Ephesians. Ephesians 4.27. Ephesians 4, 27. Do not give the devil a foothold. But verse 26 says, in your anger, do not sin. Do not let the sun go down while you're still angry. In other words, walk in love and forgiveness. And then the next verse, do not give the devil a foothold. So by getting out of love, by not forgiving, by getting in strife, allowing the spirit of division, you do give the devil a foothold. You could also, Peter says, giving place, give no place to the devil. You give him place. You give him room. You give him access. You give him an open door. You give him an opportunity. You give him a foothold by getting out of love, by getting in strife, division, anger, unforgiveness. So you close the door on the devil and, Keep the devil locked out by diligently walking in love, forgiveness, and mercy. Number two, the law of faith. So just stay in faith. The opposite of faith is fear, worry, and doubt. Stay out of fear, worry, anxiety, and doubt. Stay in faith. The law of the power of words. Watch over your words. Guard your tongue. The power of life and death is in the tongue. Power of life and death is in your thoughts. Guard your mind. Guard your tongue. And speak only life, only blessing, only healing, only prosperity, only the promises of God. Watch over your words. Okay, let's make it three things. Watch your heart. Walk in love, forgiveness, and mercy. Watch your mind, your thoughts, and Cast out fear, doubt, worry, negativity, and stay in faith and watch over your words, your mouth, your lips, guard your tongue. Speak only words of life, health, blessing, goodness. God's word. And then use your authority. Take authority over your circumstances and conditions. If you see anything rising up around you, a sickness, a plague, take authority. I cast it down. I break its power. It shall not come into my house. I cover my house in the blood of Jesus. That sickness will not enter my house in Jesus name. Or if you see accidents or if you see danger, threats of danger. Or threats of financial problem. Or threats of family problems. Or work problems. Use your authority. Bind and loose. Use your authority. Take authority over your circumstances and conditions. Over the curse of sin and death. And all its effects. And over evil influences working against you. Bind the devil. Loose the angels. Speak God's word. Write that in there on your notes. Speak God's word into every situation because God's word will rule over the situation. Whatever you say will rule over the situation. And if you agree with the problem, the problem will rule. But if you agree with God, then God will rule and his promise will rule. So speak the promises of God over every situation. Whatever you say will rule because your words are releasing your authority and your faith. And if you agree with the problem, the problem will rule. If you agree with God's promise, God's promises will rule. And then the law of sowing and reaping. So good seed and believe God for your harvest. If you ever accidentally sow bad seed, you've done something bad, then repent and cast down that bad seed. Say, Father, I ask that you forgive me. I repent of that. And I call that seed dead. It will not bring up a bad harvest for me in Jesus' name. And then the law of wisdom, seek the Lord's guidance, direction and wisdom, the Holy Spirit every day and in every circumstance and in every situation. Don't just go your own way. Don't forget God. That's not that people in Christians intentionally disobey God all the time. It's more that they ignore God and they forget God. They just go do their own thing without thinking about God or without asking God. You need to ask God about all kinds of decisions that you have to make. Seek him in all your ways. In all your ways, seek the Lord. That's what Proverbs says. All your ways, acknowledge him and he will direct your paths. In all your ways, acknowledge him. Seek him. Seek his wisdom. Don't forget him. Ask him. And then obey. Do it. Follow his direction. Give your heart wholly to him. What else do you do? Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. Stay in the word of God. Read Psalm 23 and Psalm 91 every day. Plus, whatever other promises you are standing on, the scripture promises that you're standing on, that you're confessing and believing to come to pass. You speak those words every day. Number three, cast all your care on him for he cares for you. Resist care and anxiety. And number four, lean not on your own understanding. That's what I was quoting just a minute ago. But trust in the Lord. Proverbs 3, 5 and 6. Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge him. Seek him. Ask him in everything. And he will make your path straight or he will direct your steps. Number five, submit to God. That's obey him. Submitting is obeying. resist the devil, turn against him, rebel against the devil. You know, some people want to be rebellious. We'll just be rebellious, but rebel against the devil. Say no devil. I'm not going to think your thoughts. No devil. I'm not going to sin. No devil. I'm not going to do that. No devil, no devil, no devil. Be rebellious against the devil. Be obedient and submissive to God. And the devil will flee from you, James 4, 7. And then in everything, rejoice. And again, I say, rejoice. Rejoice in the Lord always. And again, I say, rejoice. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Amen. Sila. Think on these things. I want us to receive communion now. Pass out those elements to us, please. And if you're listening online, go ahead and get yourself some communion elements. And get juice if you have it. But if you don't have juice, you can pick a substitute. Take a substitute drink. I mean, I've been on the mission field where I had nothing but water. If you have nothing but water, take a cup of water. If you have something else... Take it, whatever you have, and then pull out some bread if you have it, or a weedy, or a cracker, or even if you just have a Rice Krispie. So I did this on New Year's Day. I like to do it every New Year's Day. I also, not always, but I frequently do it when I pray over my tithe, but take communion. And in the communion, I've taught on the lesson of blood covenant, right? And that's another message I encourage you very strongly. Listen to it. It's on my YouTube channel on the blood covenant. But I teach about the covenant God has with us and how we enter into that covenant. It's a marriage. It's a marriage. And when it says in 1 Corinthians 11, do this in remembrance of me. Jesus was not talking about remember all my thorns. And the whipping and the beating and the nails. That's mostly what Christians think of. Do this in remembrance of me. And they think of, oh, Jesus, you were beaten. Oh, Jesus, the nails that pierced your hands and feet. Oh, the spear, the thorns. And they think about his suffering. Well, that's important. But that's only partway there. What did he do it for? Why did he do it? What did it accomplish? What did it procure for you? It was the entering of a covenant that provides for you everything you need. By his stripes, you're healed. His punishment brings you peace. Shalom, wholeness, nothing missing, health and prosperity. He becomes to you everything you need. So I go through those names, my healer, my provider, my protector, my deliverer, my fortress, my strength, my salvation and my victory, my wisdom, my helper, my keeper. my peace, the one who's present. And I say, Lord, I receive you. What he did on the cross was for a purpose. Don't stop in your meditation with just what he suffered. It was all for a purpose. The focus and the main thing you think on is what did it do? What did it provide? What did it buy for me? What did it pay for? What did it give me? What did it give me access to? And think on those things and receive those things by faith. Otherwise, what he did was in vain. His suffering was in vain if we don't receive what he did it for. If he was beaten and by his stripes were healed, but we don't receive healing, then his beatings were in vain. If the punishment which brought us peace was upon him, but we don't receive our peace, the punishment was in vain. Don't let his awful sufferings be in vain, but say, Lord, I take. Remember, that's what the word receive means in the Greek. Take, procure, seize, grasp, take hold, and take to yourself. I take, I seize, I lay hold of everything you paid for for me. I receive my healing right now by faith because you paid for it. I believe I received the provision for every need right now because you paid for it. I believe I received my peace, not only calmness and tranquility and quietness, but I received shalom, wholeness, nothing missing, nothing broken, health and prosperity in every area of my life. I receive you as my victory. I receive you as my keeper, my shelter, my helper. I take you now. That's my meditation. That's where I go when I take communion. Those are the things that I think on. I take by faith everything he paid for. What you just heard was part nine of a message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called Living in Perfect Peace. And we will continue and conclude this message tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow. And remember, God loves you. You are blessed and highly favored by the Lord.

In this episode of Victorious Faith, Cherry Campbell delves into the profound topic of 'Living in Perfect Peace'. Continuing from the previous day, she explores the nature of false prophets and the current increase in wickedness, emphasizing the importance of discerning voices that divert our hearts from God. She also highlights the pressing need to uphold love amidst the growing challenges of our times, and how remaining in faith is crucial to experiencing divine victory.
SPEAKER 01 :
Welcome to Victorious Faith. We believe you will be blessed, encouraged, and receive fresh faith to begin your day as you listen to today's message with international missionary and Bible teacher, Cherry Campbell.
SPEAKER 02 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I'm Cherry Campbell. This morning, I'm going to continue sharing with you the message that I began sharing with you yesterday that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called Living in Perfect Peace. And if you would like to download the notes to this message, you can go to my YouTube channel, which is under my name, Cherry Campbell, C-H-E-R-R-I Campbell, C-A-M-P-B-E-L-L. And there in the top category called radio broadcast, you will find this message called living in perfect peace. Just click on the video and then in the description box below the video, you will see the link to download the notes and you can follow along with the notes. You can get all the scripture references and look them up later at your convenience. So I invite you now to join us in our live service for part two of living in perfect peace. Now, don't just think of the false prophets as those in the church calling themselves prophets. And if they say something wrong that doesn't come to pass, don't call them a false prophet. Because that's not what the Bible calls a false prophet. A false prophet wasn't somebody who made a mistake and prophesied something that didn't happen. A false prophet was somebody who turned people's hearts from God. The false prophets in the Bible... were those who stood up and offered idols, offered alternatives. Those are the people to be wary of. And there are many of those who don't call themselves prophets, but they are offering alternatives to God. Alternatives to the Bible, turning people's hearts away from God. Those are the false prophets. They speak with authority in leadership, but they are turning hearts away from God. Those are the false prophets, not those that just make a mistake and say something that doesn't come to pass. And besides that, how do you know, even if it's not in your lifetime, how do you know if what somebody prophesied might come to pass after your lifetime? You won't be able to ever prove if it was a false prophecy or not. And maybe it came to pass somewhere outside of your realm of experience and knowledge. And you didn't know, but it did come to pass. So don't judge God's people who speak and say, thus saith the Lord, and then something doesn't happen the way you think it should. Because you're not qualified. It may happen after your lifetime. It could happen outside of your realm of exposure, experience, and knowledge somewhere else and come to pass. So you're not qualified to judge that. What you do need to be wary of and on guard against is those who will turn your heart away from God and against his word. Don't believe his word anymore. It's not true. It's not valid. There are even so-called Christians. I don't think they can really be Christians, but they are even I've heard of. I didn't hear him, but I heard of Christians. A major preacher, well-known preacher, who publicly said the Bible cannot be believed. That's the kind of person who's a false prophet. Turning your heart away from the Bible or away from God. Don't follow those or listen to those. Many will appear and deceive many people. Because, verse 12, because of the increase of wickedness, here it is, the love of most will grow cold. Because of the increase of wickedness. Can you testify that you have witnessed increase of wickedness in the last 10 years? Absolutely. Absolutely. Increase of wickedness. And because of that, when wickedness increases, love grows cold. Even love for God. That's why many who used to go to church don't anymore. Those who used to love God forget about him. now their love grew cold verse 13 this is for the few the remnant but he who stands firm to the end will be saved verse 14 this is another sign of the end times and that's the time we live in this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations that's something else that's going to continue this year the gospel will continue to be preached The gospel will continue to be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations. And then the end will come when God says it is finished. I can also tell you what else will happen. Genesis 8, 22. As long as the earth endures, seed time and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease. Now, you can't control that. Cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night. But you can control the seed you sow and what you harvest. And that's the law of sowing and reaping. Galatians 6, 7, 8, and 9. Do not be deceived. There it is again. Deception. The devil is a deceiver. Do not be deceived. God cannot be mocked. Whatsoever man sows, that shall he also reap. Whoever sows to the flesh... will reap destruction. Whoever sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life. And therefore do not be weary in well-doing, for in good time you will reap a harvest if you do not give up. So sowing and reaping will continue this year. That means you should continue your sowing. But as I said during the offering, you are also the harvester. Don't just wait on God. Now, of course, there are seasons for harvesting and you have to be led by the spirit. I have a whole teaching series on my YouTube channel about sowing and raping. But you must be led by the spirit. When the harvest is ripe, you put in the sickle and your sickle is the tongue. And that's something you do every day. Like I said, when you get up in the morning, say, thank you, Father, for my harvest. I call in my harvest today in Jesus name. That part is your part. You are the harvester. OK, so those were all the things that will happen in the world this year. I can prophesy it very accurately, I'm sure. And next year and the next year and the next year and the next year until Jesus sets up his kingdom. Letter D. But God. Hallelujah. But God. Everybody say, but God. But God will always be faithful and give you the victory every time. If you stay in faith. If you drop your faith and let down and quit believing, you can let go and lose your harvest, lose your protection, lose your healing. Yes, healing can be lost. You can get healed through faith and then through fear and unbelief, you can lose the healing and get sick again. You can lose your healing, lose your blessing, lose your peace, lose your victory. As soon as you get out of faith and interfere. So stay in faith is we're going to be talking about. So he will give you the victory every time. If you stay in faith, your part is just keep believing. Just keep on keeping on. Amen. Praise the Lord. Psalm 60 verse 12. With God, we will gain the victory and he will trample down our enemies. We will gain the victory. Say, I will gain the victory and God will trample down my enemies. 1 Corinthians 15, 57. Let's read it together. But thanks be to God. He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Glory to God. 2 Corinthians 2, 14. Let's read it together. Now, thanks be unto God, which always causes us to triumph in Christ. Hallelujah. And 1 John 5, 4, let's read it together. For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. So how do you get the victory? By faith and holding on to your faith, keeping in faith, keeping on, keeping on believing. Praise the Lord. God will always be faithful. He will always give you the victory every time. If you stay in faith, God never changes. And I was going to look up that scripture reference. I am the Lord and I change not. If you look to him, trust in him and stay in faith, he will always be your. And then I've got a list here. Your healer, Jehovah Rapha. Your provider, Jehovah, Jireh. And if you're listening online, pull up the notes because I got the scripture references beside the name where you can go to your Bible. I encourage you when you get home. I'm just not reading the scriptures because of saving time. But I encourage you when you get home tonight or tomorrow or as soon as you can, open your Bible, go to these scriptures and underline them and circle the names. You might not see it exactly as Jehovah Rapha in your Bible. Now, in the King James Version, it sometimes is written Jehovah Rapha, Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nisi, but other translations will just say the Lord your healer, the Lord who provides, etc. And some of them are the Lord who gives the victory or the Lord who is wisdom. You know, those kind of things. And so the name isn't written in English. It's there in the Hebrew, but it's not written in English. So he will always be every day, today, tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year, your healer, Jehovah Rapha. He will always be your provider, Jehovah Jireh. He will always be your fortress, Jehovah Matsud and Jehovah Maoz. Maoz. He will always be your defender and shield, Jehovah Ganon. He will always be today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, for the rest of your life, your keeper, Jehovah Shamar. He will always be your deliverer, Jehovah Palat. He will always be your salvation and victory. Jehovah Yasha and Jehovah Yeshua. Now Yeshua is a derivative of Yasha. Yasha is the primary root Hebrew word and Yeshua comes from it. Yeshua is actually Hebrew name for Joshua. We pronounce Joshua and the Greek name Jesus. is the Greek translation of the Hebrew name Yeshua. So Jesus comes from the name Yeshua. Joshua is the English translation of Yeshua. And both Yasha, Yasha is more of the verb to be saved, delivered, and victorious. Yeshua is salvation, deliverance, prosperity, and victory. He will always be your Jehovah Yasha and Jehovah Yeshua, giving you... Salvation, deliverance, prosperity, and victory every single day. Every day you claim him. Listen to that. You claim him. You claim him. What you just heard was part two of a message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called Living in Perfect Peace. And I trust you are being blessed by this message. We will continue this message again tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow. And remember, God loves you. You're blessed and highly favored by the Lord.

So join me now in our live service for part one of living in perfect peace. This evening, the message is called Living in Perfect Peace. Living in Perfect Peace. And as this is our first service for 2024, I want to prophesy to you first. You know, so many times people, a lot of Christians like to tune in to the prophets first. To see what are they saying? What is going to happen this year? Well, I can tell you very, very accurately what's going to happen this year. And not only this year, also next year.
SPEAKER 1 :
2025, 2026, 2077.
SPEAKER 02 :
Whatever is going to happen every year until Jesus comes and sets up his kingdom on earth for a thousand years. I can tell you exactly what's going to happen. Not down to the detail. But quite literally, what will happen this year? You can follow on your notes. Number one, God will what? Still be God, right? God will still be God. And unfortunately, the devil will still be the devil. And he'll still be doing devilish things, right? I can also prophesy very accurately. Not that there's going to be a lot. You know, you can live in different levels of faith. And the more faith and obedience, the more protection you have. But there's always going to be tests and trials. So there will be tests and trials for your faith this year and forever, or at least until Jesus comes. There will be tests and trials for your faith. And I can prophesy because it's scripture. There will be wars and rumors of wars. We are even currently hearing of, and symbolically that can represent any threat of danger. You know, not just outside of our country, but in our country, we hear of different times of different acts of violence or even car accidents or There will be natural earthly disasters. There will be fires, earthquakes, and storms of various kinds, such as hurricanes and tornadoes, hail. I can prophesy that quite accurately. There will also still be threats of sickness or pain. Why? Because it's in the earth. The curse of sin and death still is operating in the earth. But we will talk about how you can be protected and preserved from it. And there will still be threats financially. It can be the national economy. It can be the world economy. It could even just be personal finances, threats of financial challenges, and then threats to families and relationships. Why? Because the devil is still the devil. He still tries to get in wherever he can. And a lot of what I've just said is in Matthew 24, verses 4 through 14. Jesus answered them, watch out that no one deceives you. Now, I put this in bold because I want you to see that three times, and I thought it was maybe four, but maybe just three times in these few verses, just in one dialogue, three times Jesus mentioned being deceived. And I think that most people have overlooked that as one of the signs of the end times. They're looking for all the other things. But deception is a very big key indicator of the end times. People deceiving. Well, we know of that even in the news media. even in the area of health, finances, politics, there are a lot of deceptions. You cannot believe everything you hear in the news, see on the news channel. Actually, much of it you can't. You'll only be getting part of the picture. And they only show you the part of the picture they want you to see to form your opinion the way they want you to think. But they hide a whole other side of the story that would give you a different opinion. For example, the war with Israel. The news media is blasting Israel with all of Israel's crimes. But they are totally hiding how Israel has been the victim. How there are still Israeli, they were the ones attacked first. And hostages were taken. Many, many, many murders and still going on. What the other side, Hamas and Iran, are doing is not being told by the news media. It's being hidden in the dark. So you only see the one side, what Israel does to fight back and sometimes make a slip. but totally covering over and hiding the atrocities. I mean, it's like World War II, Germany, Hitler. And those were crimes. That's what's going on, has gone on. And yet that's all being hidden. What Hamas has and is doing, what Iran is doing. It's not even being told. And so it's all one sided. The only villain is Israel. And that's not true. So that's an example. The news media doesn't tell you the other side of the story that would give you a totally different picture. They only tell you what they want you to know to form your opinion the way they want you to think and believe. And that's the way it is in so many things. The news media, on the TV, in the newspaper, most of it you can't believe. You cannot. Don't just take their word for it. Don't just take their word for whatever you see in the news. If you want to really know, be diligent to look for the other side of the story. So deception is a major, major thing going on in the world today. And verse 5, for many will come in my name claiming I am the Christ and will deceive many. There's the second time the word deceive is mentioned. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. That's why I told you there will be earthquakes. The Bible says so. And that's the natural earthly realm working still under the curse of sin and death. And then verse 8, all these are the beginning of birth pains. Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death. And you will be hated by all nations because of me. Well, already, even in America now, Christians are hated by many. That used to not be quite so bad, you know, 40, 50 years ago. But now... A lot of America hates Christians. And so there are different degrees of persecution to something as light as losing favor to something a little stronger, false accusations to outright violent physical attacks on lives in the United States and around the world. Verse 10, at that time, many will turn away from the faith. That has happened. There are a lot fewer Christians claiming to be Christians anyway than there were 40 or 50 years ago, 30 years ago, even 20 years ago, and very likely even 10 years ago. People are turning away from the faith. And many will betray and hate each other. And Paul writes in Second Timothy, the love of many will grow cold. So that's, you know, hate, the love growing cold, selfishness, just dominating people. Verse 11, and many false prophets will appear. And here it is again, deceive, deceive many people. The false prophets in the Bible were those who stood up and offered idols, offered alternatives. Those are the people to be wary of. And there are many of those who don't call themselves prophets. But they are offering alternatives to God, alternatives to the Bible, turning people's hearts away from God. I don't think they can really be Christians. I've heard of, I didn't hear him, but I heard of a major preacher, well-known preacher, who publicly said the Bible cannot be believed. That's the kind of person who's a false prophet. Turning your heart away from the Bible or away from God. What you just heard was part one of a message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called Living in Perfect Peace. We will continue this message again tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow. And remember, God loves you. You're blessed and highly favored by the Lord.

SPEAKER 02 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I'm Cherry Campbell. This morning, I'm going to continue and conclude sharing with you the Christmas message that I've been sharing with you all this week that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called Why Did Jesus Come? And if you'd like to listen to this message again in its entirety or download the notes, you can go to my YouTube channel, which is under my name, Cherry Campbell, C-H-E-R-R-I, Campbell, C-A-M-P-B-E-L-L. And there in the top category called radio broadcasts, you will see this message called, Why Did Jesus Come? Now join me in our live service for the conclusion of this Christmas message called, Why Did Jesus Come? And so he was asking about the Christmas story. And he writes, recently I asked Holy Spirit for fresh revelation and insight concerning the Christmas season and the Christmas story, the story of the birth of Jesus. Holy Spirit very clearly responded to me saying, prophesy from Luke's writings on the birth of Jesus Christ. Prophesy it into your times. Then he went on to look at, and he writes, in the first chapter of Luke, we read that a supernatural mega event, mega event, planned by the Godhead in heaven, had come to its appointed moment, appointed time. Woven throughout the story of the birth of Jesus, we see how the prophetic promises, and I would say that had been given for thousands of years, 4,000 years since Adam, all of these prophetic promises had to align supernaturally. And all the characters involved in the story that were to be part of this awesome event had to be born at the right time, grow into their moment. The story reveals that hell cannot stop Adam. Any purpose of God coming to the earth, hell could not stop the birth of Jesus. Hell could not stop the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Hell could not stop the resurrection of Jesus. It also shows that Lucifer, or we would say Satan and his kingdom, have no clear understanding of what the Godhead is planning. They don't know. It's a mystery to them. They're confused. They're in the dark. It proclaims that while hell's kingdom is real, it is inferior in every way, shape, and form to the kingdom of Almighty God. Yes, hell is real. Yes, the kingdom of darkness is real. But it is inferior in every way, shape, and form to the kingdom of Almighty God. As I prayed about this, I received a prophetic download. Holy Spirit said to me, For you have come to an appointed time, says the Lord of hosts. Another supernatural mega event, like the birth of Christ, like the outpouring of the Spirit on the day of Pentecost. Another supernatural mega event has been planned by heaven for you. It is accelerating into the earth realm. Lucifer, his kingdom and the rulers of darkness will not stop it. nor can they. I am releasing new mantles for new times. New anointings reserved for this era are now being poured from heaven as my supply river flows from my throne through all churches, ecclesias, and into all the earth. This new flow of Holy Spirit will cause the expansion of my kingdom in ways and displays never before seen. Hallelujah. Never before, not even when Jesus was on the earth, not even in the book of Acts. Never before seen. Indeed, says the Lord, the mind of man captured and bound by reason will be blown. Those reasonists in the world. For it will be seen that I cannot be confined by reason or science. I cannot be confined by man's laws or wisdom. I cannot be confined by the language of fools. I cannot be confined by your capitals, congresses, or parliaments. Ha, ha, ha, devil. I'm adding that. I cannot be confined by your religions. None on earth or in the universe can confine me. I will break out against all confinement. The shattering of confinement has begun, says the Lord. Yes, indeed, I have a surprise for you. I have a new event. As you said before, a mega event planned for you. I have a new Pentecost planned for you. My ecclesia will see the breaking off of confinement and function in new anointings of Holy Spirit. For I have remembered my word. Through the prophet Joel, it is part of my supernatural mega event. I am pouring out my spirit on all flesh, the young and old together. I have given visions to my young men by the multiplied thousands. They will now run with me, sounding forth awakening. So we need the church and the world to wake up. I have put my prophetic words in the heart of my handmaidens. That's why handmaidens, women, are called to preach. In the last days, God is using handmaidens to proclaim the words of God. Like Mary, they are highly favored and will prophesy. Prophecy is also preaching. Preaching is prophecy because it's speaking the words from God's heart to man. Prophetic declarations have been put in their heart on the handmaidens by my Holy Spirit. They will speak my words into the nations. I'm one of them. Speak into the nations. The babes, the teens, the male, the female will all participate in my outpouring. My older, this is for the older ones. The older ones don't want to get left out either. My older seasoned generations are dreaming again, says the Lord. I am giving them new dreams. telling you, look for new dreams. God has new dreams for everybody. If you fulfilled a dream, you need more. God's got a lot for you to do. Get a new dream. Receive his new dreams. I am giving them new dreams and I am activating their old dreams. I'm anointing their dreams to break forth from confinement. Those called barren will now produce, says the Lord of hosts. My Zacharias and Elizabeths, who are old in age, I will add, will give birth to their dreams. So even though they were old, they gave birth. Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. They will sing with exuberance. Holy Spirit's hovering, flowing, the Holy Spirit's hovering, flowing, overshadowing presence will now birth new things. They will spring forth. I will do exactly what I promised. Through my ecclesia, my church, I will fulfill my prophetic unction. I will be God with you. I will move more and more into the earth realm, manifesting myself among my people, producing change all over the world. Change is coming. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Father, we just thank you for that prophetic word that just like Jesus first birth, first coming and birth into the world was a supernatural mega event that required the aligning of prophecies and the aligning of people in their right places at the right time. I thank you for sending Jesus and I thank you for the day of Pentecost coming in the appointed time. But Lord, I thank you that you've also had an appointed time on your calendar before the foundation of the world that was reserved for the end of time, the last days. before the return of the Lord, that there would be another supernatural mega event that would be greater than all previous outpourings of the Spirit, that would have demonstrations of the power of God never seen before. Your word says it, Lord. And now you have said it to us again through prophecy. Lord, we are excited for this. We believe that it is the time. We believe that it is the time for this great mega supernatural event, this last and greatest outpouring of the Spirit, in which will bring the greatest harvest of souls into the kingdom of God the world has ever seen. Satan will be the loser. There will be more in heaven than in hell. As millions of people get saved, and we even believe billions will be saved in this supernatural mega event, outpouring of the Holy Spirit in all of the earth, that you are going to do, you've chosen to do through your church, through your people, your church. servants and handmaidens. And we all right now volunteer ourselves to be a servant or a handmaiden to you. Say, yes, Lord, I surrender myself to you. I surrender to use me. Use me, Lord. I will do as you have called me to do. I will say what you call me to say. I will be your mouthpiece. I will be your hands. Let your power and your spirit flow through me to this world in Jesus' name. Lord, I say it, and I believe everyone in here and everyone listening. is going to say it in their own hearts. We say, come quickly, Lord Jesus. And we know you're coming first in the outpouring of the Spirit that you have promised. We expect it. We are looking forward to it. We eagerly and excitedly anticipate it and desire it, long for it. And we just say, come quickly, Holy Spirit. Come now, pour out your Spirit upon all flesh. Lord, let your glory be seen in all the world again and in greater measure than ever before. And use us, Lord, for we love you, we honor you, and we will give you all the glory always. You said if you would be lifted up, you would draw all men unto you. So in all that we say and all that we do, we desire to lift you up, to honor you, to worship you. And agree if you agree with that. And if you pray that, if you're willing to say that to the Lord, say, yes, Lord, I do. In Jesus name. Amen. Amen. What you just heard was the conclusion of a Christmas message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called Why Did Jesus Come? SPEAKER 02 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I'm Cherry Campbell. This morning I'm going to continue sharing with you the Christmas message that I've been sharing with you all this week that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called Why Did Jesus Come? So join me now in our live service for the continuation of this Christmas message called Why Did Jesus Come? At number 29, Jesus came to give us the victory. 1 Corinthians 15, 57. But thanks be to God, he gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. That means that we can always have the victory. We might fight battles, which we do. We will fight battles. But he always gives us the victory. Praise God. And then number 30, he came, Jesus came to be our Lord and Savior. Now those are two different things. Savior means he saves us. Lord means he becomes our ruler. Luke 2.11, the angel proclaimed to the shepherds in the field, Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you. He is Christ the Lord. He is our Savior and Lord. Now, just because you make him your Savior doesn't mean that he's automatically your Lord. He's only your Lord when you surrender, when you follow, yield, and obey him. Amen. Now, number 31, Jesus came to demonstrate the love of the Father. John 15, 9, as the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. He demonstrates the love of the Father. Jesus, number 32, Jesus came that we might know the Father. John 17. He's praying to the Father in verses 25 and 26. Father, righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you. And they know that you have sent me. I have made you known to them and will continue to make you known. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. And John 1, 18, no one has ever seen God except the only son who is close to the father's heart has made him known. So God, Jesus came to make known the father. Otherwise the father, God was a stranger, but he made him known to us. Hallelujah. 33, Jesus came to be the light of the world and to deliver us from darkness. Matthew 4, 16, the people living in darkness have seen a great light. On those living in the shadow of death, a light has dawned. John 12, 46, I have come into the world as a light so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness. John 8, 12, when Jesus spoke to the people, he said, I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. Colossians 1.13, who has delivered us from the power of darkness and has translated us into the kingdom of his dear son. That's why we should never be in darkness, either mentally, spiritually, or physically, because Jesus came to deliver us from the power of darkness. Darkness no longer has a hold on us. Hallelujah. Praise God. Amen. And then number 34, Jesus came to bring the kingdom of God to the earth. Matthew 6, 10, Jesus prayed your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. And Matthew 1, 14, I mean, I'm sorry, Mark, Mark 1, 14 and 15. When Jesus came into Galilee preaching the gospel of the kingdom, he said, the time is fulfilled. The kingdom of God is at hand. It's at hand or it is here. The kingdom of God is here. Luke 11, 20, the kingdom of God has come to you. And I have a whole series on the kingdom of God. You can listen to that on my YouTube channel. But Jesus came to bring the kingdom of God. He came to colonize earth because the kingdom of God was in heaven only. But he expanded the kingdom of God to the earth. That is colonizing earth. Just like when Great Britain went to India and other parts of the world, they colonized. Great Britain came to the United States, or came to America at the time, but we were not the United States, and colonized North America. Well, Jesus left heaven and came to earth to colonize earth, to make earth a colony of heaven, to bring the kingdom, which is the government and rule and laws of God, from heaven to the earth, and to replicate heaven on the earth. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. And then number 35, of course, Jesus came to preach, teach, and heal. And you know all those scriptures, Matthew 4, 23 and 24, Mark 1, 38, Mark 4, 18, Luke 4, 43. But Jesus came teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. He came preaching, teaching, and healing. Number 36, he came to teach us how to use our faith and authority. He came to teach us how to use the laws of the kingdom. And I have here an example of Mark 11, 22 to 24. Jesus cursed the fig tree. Peter looked and said, look, master, the fig tree you cursed has withered from the roots. And Jesus taught them how to do the same thing. And that's what all of his teaching was. If you have a red letter Bible, all of that red letter is teaching us how to be like him, how to walk in the spiritual laws of the kingdom in faith, in authority, use our words, sowing and reaping, etc., Number 37, Jesus came to be the author and finisher of our faith. Hebrews 12, 2, let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Number 38, Jesus came to send the Holy Spirit. John 14, 16 and 17, and I will ask the Father, he will give you another counselor to be with you forever, the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him for he lives with you and will be in you. Hallelujah. John 14, 26. But the counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and remind you of everything I have said to you. John 15, 26. When the counselor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father, he will testify about me. Acts 1.8, but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth. So Jesus came to send the Holy Spirit to us. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. And number 39, Jesus came to give us glory. 1 Corinthians 2.7, we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden, that God destined for what? Our glory before time began. The Amplified Bible says it like this. The Amplified Classic says, God destined for our glorification. To lift us into the glory of his presence. He destined for our glorification so that we would be lifted up into the glory of his presence. Hallelujah. 2 Corinthians 3.18. We also with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory are being transformed into his likeness from glory to glory or with ever increasing glory. So he destined us for glory. Hebrews 2, 9 and 10, we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death so that he might taste death for everyone in bringing many sons to glory. So our destiny is glorification, to be glorified in his presence. Hallelujah. And I stopped there at 39. There were others, but I didn't feel a witness to go any further. Of course, you can probably add on to this list from now through eternity, things that Jesus did. We won't even learn them all at once. We'll learn them through eternity, all that Jesus did for us. But I thought it interesting when I felt complete that, and that this list was complete, I had 39. And then when you think of 39 in biblical numerology, what do you think of? The 39 lashes. And so I just quickly looked it up and thought, why were there 39 lashes? The Old Testament law said 40. Deuteronomy 25.3 says that nobody was to be lashed more than 40 times to fulfill the law for punishment of a crime. But they, that's what the Jews did. They would always kind of, the law was here. We would bring that border in a little bit. We don't want to come close to the edge. So they always made the edge a little bit closer that they wouldn't cross it. And so actually 39 lashes for punishment. Paul wrote in one of his, in the book of Acts, he said he received 39 lashes or 40 minus one three times. But what was that for? It was Jewish tradition that permitted 39 lashes for punishment, 40 to fulfill the law, less one to show mercy. So that shows that Jesus came to fulfill the law to show us mercy. And I thought, wow, how awesome is that? We have a list of 39. Like I said, through eternity we'll be adding to that list. But we have a list of 39. And it was Jesus came to completely fulfill the law and to show us mercy. And that's all of it in a nutshell, summarizing why he came to deliver us, set us free from sin and the power of sin and from Satan and death and hell and the grave and the curse of sin and death. Now, I wanted to read this to you. This is a prophetic word that was given to Tim Sheets. He's a pastor and apostle, a pastor of a church in Ohio. But the Lord gave him a prophetic word, which was based on Acts 2, 16 through 18 and the book of Joel. This is what was spoken by the prophet Joel. In the last days, God says, I will pour out my spirit on all people. Your sons and your daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions. Your old men will dream dreams. And actually right there, your sons and daughters, this is what authorizes women to preach. In the last days, there will be women preachers. Because God said he would pour out his spirit on the sons and daughters. In the past, it was only on the men. But now it's on the sons and daughters. That authorizes women to preach. Not that we needed it because Jesus already authorized us. There's other scripture for that, that we are authorized by Jesus. But this is another one. Your young men will see visions. Your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, men and handmaidens, I will pour out my spirit in those days and they will prophesy. So this shows the spirit being poured out on men and women. And he went on to look at, and he writes, in the first chapter of Luke, we read that a supernatural mega event, mega event, planned by the Godhead in heaven, had come to its appointed moment, appointed time. What you just heard was the continuation of a Christmas message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called Why Did Jesus Come? SPEAKER 02 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I'm Cherry Campbell and Merry Christmas. I hope and pray that you have a very blessed and wonderful Christmas today. And this morning I'm going to continue sharing with you the Christmas message that I've been sharing with you for the last couple of days called Why Did Jesus Come? So join me now in our live service for the continuation of this Christmas message called Why Did Jesus Come? Colossians 2.15, having disarmed, that means to literally strip him, disarmed, stripped of all power and authority and all position. He stripped the powers and authorities that is of the kingdom of darkness, Satan, the devil's kingdom. He made a public spectacle of them. That was a parade triumphing over them by the cross. And so he came to defeat Satan and strip him. I love that. Satan was stripped. Can you just imagine that? Next time the devil talks to you, tell him, I see you, you're stripped. You have been stripped by Jesus of all power and authority. You have no rights over me. I'm delivered from you. Number 17, Jesus came to deliver us from the fear of death. Hebrews 2, 14 and 15 again. so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death, that is the devil, and to free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. Praise God. Number 18, Jesus came to restore our relationship with God, to reconcile us to God, to be the bridge to bring us back to God. Hallelujah. 2 Corinthians 5, 18 and 19. All this is from God who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation. That God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. So we are reconciled to God. Ephesians 2.13, but now in Christ Jesus, you who once were far away have been brought near to God through the blood of Christ. Colossians 1.20-22, and through him, through Christ, to reconcile to himself, God reconciled to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven. by making peace through his blood shed on the cross. Once you were alienated from God, and you were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior, but now he has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish, and free from accusation. Hallelujah. We are brought near to God, reconciled to God. Glory to God. And number 19, Jesus came to give us eternal life. John 10.10, the thief does not come except to steal, to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, that they may have it more abundantly. John 17.2, for you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to those you have given him. Number 20, Jesus came to redeem us from the curse of the law so we can walk in the blessing of Abraham. Galatians 3, 13 and 14, Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. For it is written, cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree. He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. Number 21, Jesus came to set us free from slavery. Slavery to sin, slavery to Satan, slavery to the curse of sin and death. Luke 4, 18, the spirit of the Lord is on me because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and skip down to release the oppressed. Freedom. John 8, 34, Jesus replied, I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. Verse 36, so if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. Romans 8, 2, because through Christ Jesus, the law of the Spirit of life... set me free from the law of sin and death. So we are no longer slaves to sin. We are free from sin and free from the law of sin and death. Galatians 5.1, it is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm then and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. In other words, you've got to hold on to your freedom. Satan will put you back in bondage again every chance he gets. He'll put the curse back on you. He'll put fear back on you. He'll put bondage, sickness, lack. And we are to contend for our freedom, hold on to our freedom in Christ. Hallelujah. Number 22, Jesus came to make us sons or other translations, children of God, and to bring many sons or children to God. So to make us the children of God and bring us to God. John 1, 12, but as many as did receive him to them, he gave authority to become sons of God to those who believe in his name. We have the power to become the sons of God. Galatians 3.26, you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. Galatians 4.4-6, when the time had fully come, God sent his son, born of a woman, born under law, to redeem those under law that we might receive the full rights of sons. Because you are sons, God sent the spirit of his son into our hearts, the spirit who calls out, Abba, Father. Hallelujah. He's our Father. Hallelujah. And I'll just let you read the rest of those scriptures that I put there. Number 23, Jesus came to make us heirs of God and to give us an inheritance. Galatians 4, 7. So you are no longer a slave, but a son. And since you are a son, God has made you also an heir. Praise the Lord. You know, you are an heir of God. Ephesians 1, 11. In whom also we have obtained inheritance and inheritance. We have obtained an inheritance being predestined according to the purpose of his will. Hallelujah. Colossians 1.12, giving thanks to the Father who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. Hallelujah. Hebrews 9.15, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance. 1 Peter 1.3 and 4 says, That he has given us new birth into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil, or fade. Praise the Lord. Number 24, Jesus came to become our high priest. To be our high priest. Hebrews 2.17. For this reason, he had to be made like his brothers in every way in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God. Hebrews 3, 1, holy brothers, fix your thoughts on Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession or the high priest whom we confess. Hebrews 5, 9 and 10, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him to be designated by God to be high priest in the order of Melchizedek. Hallelujah. And Hebrews 7, 26, such a high priest meets our need. One who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners and exalted above the heavens. He is our high priest in heaven representing us before God. Hallelujah. And interceding for us, he is our intercessor. Praise the Lord. Number 25, Jesus came to make us righteous, 2 Corinthians 5.21. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. Number 26, Jesus came to raise us up, to be seated in heavenly places with him and to rule with him. Ephesians 2.6, and God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus. Colossians 3.1-3, since then you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things, for you died and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. Since you have been raised with Christ. We are raised with Christ. Set your heart and your mind on things above. Praise the Lord. Number 27, Jesus came to restore our authority. Our authority. Matthew 28, 18 and 19. Jesus came to them and said, All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, you go and make disciples of all nations. In other words, I've got authority. Now I'm authorizing you to go and make disciples of all nations. Luke 10, 19, I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy. And Matthew 18, 18, I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven. What you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. And I've told you before, the word bind also means, in the Greek, it means to forbid and prohibit. And the word loose also means to allow or let loose. to release, to let loose, to allow. So there are translations of the Bible that actually say it like that. Whatever you allow, or actually whatever you forbid on earth is forbidden in heaven. What you allow on earth is allowed in heaven. So who is allowing things on earth? We are. God made us the police of the earth. His church, the ecclesia. Not the lost sinners because they have no authority. They're still slaves. Sinners are still slaves to Satan. But the church, the ecclesia, have been authorized by God in his name and given the badge of authority to police the earth. And to bind demons and all works of Satan. So whatever is allowed on earth, we are allowing it, not God. People who say, God, why did you allow it? He has given it as our territory of jurisdiction. We are the one allowing things on the earth, not God. And we are the one that are to bind, forbid, and prohibit things on earth. And then they will be bound in heaven. In other words, God says, I'll back you up. You say it. You command it. You bind it. You bind the devil, and I'm here to back you with my power. He's given us his authority, and he backs us. But we are the one who bind and loose, allow or forbid things. Then number 28, Jesus came to give us peace. And in the Hebrew, that word is shalom. John 14, 27, peace I leave with you, my peace I give you. John 16, 33, I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace. Philippians 4, 6, and 7, do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your request to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. The peace of God passing all understanding will guard your heart and mind. He gives us peace. He gives us shalom. He comforts us. Hallelujah. What you just heard was part three of a Christmas message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called Why Did Jesus Come? And we will continue this message again tomorrow. And I pray again that you have a very blessed and wonderful Christmas today in Jesus name. God bless you. And remember, God loves you. You are blessed and highly favored by the Lord.

SPEAKER 02 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I'm Cherry Campbell. This morning, I'm going to continue sharing with you the Christmas message that I began sharing with you yesterday that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called, Why Did Jesus Come? So join me now in our live service for part two of this Christmas message called, Why Did Jesus Come? Colossians 2, 11 and 12. In him you also, verse 12, having been buried with him in baptism and you are raised with him through your faith in the power of God who raised him from the dead. So we were buried with him. We are raised with him. So we were spiritually, we spiritually were dead. We were buried with him, and we spiritually are raised with him. But then there's coming a time in the future when the dead in Christ will rise first, and we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air, and we'll be changed in the twinkling of an eye. We will receive the glorified body. So there is a resurrection of the dead still to come, even of the physical body. But our spirits have already been raised. Praise the Lord. So he had to die so we could die. He had to be buried so we could be buried. And he had to be raised and resurrected so that we could be raised up and resurrected. Praise the Lord. Number 10, Jesus came to pay for sin and to redeem us from sin. Now we looked at the word ransom. Now let's look at the word redeem. Redeem means to buy back again. You know, if you take something to a secondhand shop and you sell it, you pawn it, you go back and you buy it again, you've redeemed it. It's to buy back again. Acts 20, 28, Paul is writing to the pastors, be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood. So we are bought, the church is bought, purchased with the blood of Jesus. 1 Corinthians 6, 19 and 20, you are not your own, you were bought at a price. 1 Peter 1, 18 and 19. For you know that it was not with perishable things, such as silver or gold, that you were redeemed. You were redeemed, bought from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers. But you were redeemed with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. There again is the lamb of God that was slain. We are redeemed by the precious blood of the lamb. Praise the Lord. So we are, Jesus came to redeem us with his blood. And number 11, Jesus came to bear our sicknesses, our diseases, and our pains. Isaiah 53 verses 4 and 5, surely he took up our infirmities, our sicknesses, weaknesses, and pains in different translations. Actually, that's in the Hebrew language. The word infirmities means sickness, weakness, and pain. And then skip down to the end of verse 5. And by his wounds, we are healed. Hallelujah. Matthew quotes Isaiah in Matthew 8, 17. This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah. He took up our infirmities and carried our diseases. And 1 Peter 2, 24. By his wounds, you have been healed. So Jesus came to bear our sicknesses, diseases, and pains so that we could be healed. So we could be healed. Praise the Lord. And number 12, Jesus came to bear our poverty to make us rich. 2 Corinthians 8, 9. For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, for your sakes he became poor. Where did he become poor? On the cross, the same place he became sin. He took the curse. He bore sickness. He became poor on the cross in substitution for us. Year six, he became poor so that you received through his poverty, you might become rich. So this is all part of the message that I teach also called the great exchange. What did Jesus take and what did Jesus give to us? The exchange. He took our poverty so that we could be made rich. And number 13, Jesus came to bear our griefs and sorrows and to give us his joy. Isaiah 53, 4, surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows. Yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. Isaiah 61, verses 1 through 3. To comfort all who mourn. And provide for those who grieve. Mourning and grief. Jesus bore our griefs and carried our sorrows. Isaiah 53, 4. He bore our griefs, carried our sorrows. So that he could comfort those who mourn. And provide for those who grieve in Zion. To do what? To bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes. The oil of gladness instead of mourning and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. Praise God. Praise God. Praise God. Jesus said in John 15, 11, I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. And John 17, 13, Jesus said, I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I'm in the world so they may have the full measure. Oh, Jesus was praying to the Father that they may have the full measure of my joy within them. Hallelujah. And then number 14, Jesus came to spend three days and three nights in the pit of hell for us and to take the keys. Jesus had to go to hell. There are Christians who don't know that. There are other Christians who, if they heard it, they would deny it and they wouldn't believe it. They thought that his death was only ground deep. Just go in the ground and be raised from the dead. No, there is a hell. Hell is real. And Jesus had to go there to pay the price for all sin. Because if he didn't go, we would have to. And Romans 6.23 says the wages of sin is death. And this death penalty for sin is not only the death of the body. So it's not just the body and you go into the ground. It's also the death of the spirit and its consequences, including hell. Hell is the punishment for sin. And therefore, Jesus had to go to hell in order to bear the full punishment for The full punishment for sin is hell. If he didn't go, we would still have to go because the punishment wasn't paid in full. He paid the full price. And there are many scriptures. I'm only going to give you a few of them right here, but there are even more than this. In Hebrews 2.9, it says, because he suffered death, and by the grace of God, he tasted death for everyone. Now, that's an interesting thing, tasting death. That means you and I will never taste death. Our bodies will go to sleep. The Bible calls it sleep. But we will not taste death. We will only experience a separation. of the spirit and soul which are joined, separating from the body, your spirit and soul being joined will leave your body. If you're born again, go to heaven. If you're not born again, go to hell. And for those going to hell, the separation of the spirit and soul from the body can even be agonizing, especially when they see hell on the other side. But for you and me, who are born again, there's no sense at all except a sense of joy and peace. So that's why we have nothing to fear, only great things to look forward to. In what the world calls death, the body is actually called sleeping. The body is called sleeping and we simply leave this body and we're set free from the hindrances, the inhibition, the cage of this body. And we're set free to fly and we just experience peace and joy in that separation. So Jesus tasted death for us and he tasted the agony of death. Matthew 12, 40, Jesus himself said, the son of man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Hell is in the heart of the earth. Hell is in the heart of the earth. So he was three days and three nights in hell. Acts 2, 24, however, God released him from the horrors of death. The NIV says the agony of death. Now, if Jesus was in Abraham's bosom, there was no horror and no agony. In Abraham's bosom, which was where the Old Testament saints went when they died before Jesus was raised from the dead. Now Abraham's bosom doesn't exist. Everybody was brought to heaven and everyone is in heaven now. But until Jesus was raised from the dead, they were in Abraham's bosom. But there was only peace there and comfort. Lazarus, remember Lazarus and the rich man. And Abraham told the rich man in hell, he said, Lazarus here is comforted while you are in agony. So Jesus was released from, it says in Acts 2.24, the new living says the horrors of death. The NIV says the agony of death. That means he was not in Abraham's bosom. That was a place of comfort. He was in a place of horror and agony. And he was raised to life. For death could not keep its grip on him. And then Acts 2.27, three verses later, Thou wilt not leave my soul in hell. It says it right there. Jesus went to hell. It says it in the Greek. It's the word Hades, which is translated in English, hell. So the Bible says he went to hell. You will not leave my soul in hell. Neither will you suffer your Holy one to see corruption. So if Jesus didn't go to hell, we would have to, because that meant the price was not paid and we would have to pay that, but he paid it. Praise the Lord. And revelation one 18. I am the living one. I was dead. I was dead. And behold, I am alive forever. And I hold the keys of death and hell. How did he get the keys of death and hell? He went there. He took them. Praise the Lord. Number 15. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. Hebrews 2.14. Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity. So that by his death he might destroy him. That's the devil. who holds the power of death, that is the devil. So Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. Glory to God. Number 16, Jesus came to defeat Satan and strip him. Strip him, I love that. Strip him of authority. Colossians 2.15, having disarmed, that means to literally strip him, disarm, strip of all power and authority and all position. He stripped the powers and authorities, that is of the kingdom of darkness, Satan, the devil's kingdom. Number 17, to deliver us, Jesus came to deliver us from the fear of death. Hebrews 2, 14 and 15 again. so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death, that is the devil, and to free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. Praise God. What you just heard was part two of a Christmas message that I preached in one of our victorious faith services called Why Did Jesus Come? Join me again tomorrow as we will continue this message. And remember, God loves you. You're blessed and highly favored by the Lord.

In a powerful sermon delivered during a live Victorious Faith service, Cherry Campbell guides us through the intricate tapestry of Jesus' earthly mission. Through a series of biblical insights, she explores ten significant reasons that led to His coming. From His role as a mediator bridging humanity to God to His sacrificial death enabling spiritual resurrection, each point draws believers closer to understanding the depth of God's love and purpose behind Jesus' birth, life, and resurrection.
SPEAKER 01 :
Good morning. Praise the Lord. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I'm Cherry Campbell. This morning I'm going to begin sharing with you a Christmas message that I preached in one of our Victorious Faith services called Why Did Jesus Come? So join me now in our live service for part one of this Christmas message called Why Did Jesus Come? This evening's message is is why did Jesus come? Why did Jesus come? And we know in a nutshell and in a single statement to save the world. But it's so much bigger than that. It's huge. It's humongous. And so I felt led to write down reasons why Jesus came, things that he accomplished by coming to the earth. So why did Jesus come? First of all, We know that God sent Jesus. In John 5, 36, it says, For the work that the Father has given me to finish, which I am doing, testifies that the Father has sent me. God sent Jesus. John 6, 38 also says, Jesus said, for I have come down from heaven not to do my will, but to do the will of him who sent me. So God sent Jesus. Jesus actually had many assignments. Yes, in general, one general broad statement was to save the world. But that has many, many, many, many, many facets. It is huge. Many assignments included in that. And so I've made a list here and of course they're not listed in any priority, but Jesus came for one to fulfill the law because the old Testament law had to be fulfilled. Matthew five 17, Jesus said, do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets. I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them. So he came to fulfill the law and the prophets. And it's very interesting to see in Romans 8, verses 3 and 4. Romans 8, verses 3 and 4. For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature. God did by sending his own son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. So he condemned sin and sinful man in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met. in us, in Christ. Hallelujah. So what the law was powerless to do, the righteous requirements of the law are fully met in us, in Christ. Hallelujah. So he came to fulfill the law. Number two, Jesus came to seek and save the lost. Luke 19 10 for the son of man came to seek and to save what was lost. Number three, Jesus came to call sinners to repentance. Luke 5.32, I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Number four, Jesus came to be the Lamb of God. To be the Lamb of God, the sacrifice for sin, and to bear our sin. Isaiah 53, 5. But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought us peace was upon him. Verse 12. Romans 3, 25. God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement. through faith in his blood, 1 Corinthians 5, 7, for Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. And John 1, 29, the next day, John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, look or behold, the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Jesus came to be the lamb of God, the lamb slain from the foundation of the world to be a sacrifice for our sins. Number five, Jesus came to give his life as a ransom for many. First of all, we need to understand what is a ransom. A ransom is the money or price paid for the release of a prisoner or a slave to restore him to liberty. A ransom is the money paid for for the release of a prisoner or a slave to restore him to liberty or to be free, to free him. In Matthew 20, 28, it says, Jesus said, just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. For many who were enslaved, he came to be the price to set them free. Also, 1 Timothy 2, 5 and 6, for there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, verse 6, who gave himself as a ransom for For all men. Hebrews 9, 15. So he is a ransom. Also, that takes us right into the next one with the same verses. Number six, Jesus came to be a mediator, our mediator between God and man. 1 Timothy 2.5. For there is one God and one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus. Why? Well, I tell them the story of the glory that when God created Adam in the Garden of Eden, initially Adam was connected to God. And I see it like an invisible spiritual umbilical cord. An umbilical cord or a lifeline that was life flowing from God into man. And when Adam sinned, the umbilical cord was cut off. And then man had no more life source. He was cut off from the source of life, God, that was flooding his life into man. Adam was cut off, and that umbilical cord was actually attached to Satan, the spirit of death. And Satan became his new master, his new Lord, his new God, his new ruler, which brought spiritual death and darkness into the man's spirit, into the human race, into the spirit of man. And so the life source was cut off. That umbilical cord was cut off. And so... With that, man could not approach God because God is holy and God is a consuming fire and anyone or anything that is sinful that would come near him would be consumed by fire. Just remember when God came down on Mount Sinai, he is a consuming fire and God told Moses to put a rope around the base of the mountain to not let people cross it or they would be consumed by the fire. They can only come so close or they would be burned up. So we can't, I mean, just think of God loving man. And when you love your children, what do you want to do? Want to hug them? When you love your children, you want to hug them? Well, God loves us and wants to hug us, but he knew that if he hugged us, he'd burn us to a crisp. How would you like that? If I came within so many feet or yards of my child, I'd burn them to a crisp and they would be cinched and destroyed. So there had to be this gap between God and man. There had to be a gap. Jesus came as the bridge. and as the mediator between God and man to restore us, to give us that connection. We can reach the Father. We can come into communion with the Father through Jesus. He is that umbilical cord, and he is the mediator between God and men. So 1 Timothy 2.5, again, for there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man, Christ Jesus. And Hebrews 9, 15, for this reason, Christ is the mediator of a new covenant. Number seven, Jesus came to die on the cross for us so we could die with him and live with him. Now, there's more in here as you're going to read these scriptures than just, of course, yeah, Jesus died. But there's more to it than that. Let's look at this. 2 Corinthians 5, 14 and 15, that when he died, we died with him. Verse 14, 2 Corinthians 5, 14. We are convinced that one died for all and therefore all died. And he died for all. That those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for him who died for them and was raised again. So he died for us, for all. He died for us. Romans 6, 4. We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that just as Christ was raised from the dead, we too may live a new life. So we were buried with him. into death. Romans 6.8, if we died with Christ, we believe we will also live with him. Ephesians 2.4 and 5, but because of his great love for us, God who is rich in mercy made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions. 2 Timothy 2.11, here is a trustworthy saying, if we died with him, we will also live with him. So we died with him. Not only did he die, it was important for him to die. But in his death, we died with him. So that was our dying place also. Praise God. Number eight, Jesus came to be buried for us. So we could be buried with him. So the old man is dead and buried. Romans 6, 4. We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that just as Christ was raised from the dead, we too may live a new life. Colossians 2, 12. Having been buried with him in baptism and raised with him through your faith in the power of God who raised him from the dead. And that takes us right into number nine. Jesus came to be raised from the dead so that we would be raised from the dead. And again, the same verses. He died. We died with him, united with him in death, that we are. In Romans 6, 5, that we would also be united with him in his resurrection. We are united in his resurrection. And 1 Corinthians 15, 20 and 23. But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead. The first fruits of those who have fallen asleep, each in his own turn. Christ, the first fruits. Then when he comes, those who belong to him. There's the resurrection of the dead in physical bodies. When Jesus comes the second time, even the dead in Christ will be raised first. So there's their resurrection from the dead. So we were spiritually raised from the dead. Well, let's look at this. Colossians 2, 11 and 12. In him you also, verse 12, having been buried with him in baptism, and you are raised with him through your faith in the power of God. who raised him from the dead. So we were buried with him. We are raised with him. So we spiritually were dead. SPEAKER 02 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I'm Cherry Campbell. This morning I'm going to continue sharing with you message number six in a series of messages that I've been sharing with you for the last several weeks called The Kingdom of God. Now join me in our live class for the continuation of this message number six called The Kingdom of God is Superior Continued. This is the beginning of the kingdom of this world operating. This is the first kingdom that was established on earth. The name Nimrod, in verse 8, Cush was the father of Nimrod. The name Nimrod means rebellion. Nimrod was not a godly man. Nimrod was a wicked man. And his name means rebellion. And when it says he grew to be a mighty warrior, you can also call him a conqueror. A conqueror. Just like the Romans conquered other nations and territories. And if you've studied history, you've heard of Alexander the Great being a conqueror. Nimrod set out to conquer the world and put it under himself. When God blessed Adam and said subdue the earth, he said subdue the birds and the fish and the animals and the plants and everything like that, but he never said subdue people. People were not included in what we're supposed to dominate or control. Nimrod was a man who was trying to make himself king of the earth. He was a mighty warrior. He was a mighty conqueror to bring all the earth under himself and make himself the king of the earth. And we see that the first center of his kingdom is Babylon. Now, Babylon is a name that we read of many times throughout the Bible. Old Testament and New Testament, all the way into the book of Revelation. Why? Because Babylon is the symbolic name of the kingdom of the world. It is the symbolic name of the kingdom of this world or the system of this world. So whenever you read about Babylon from here on out all the way into the book of Revelation, it is talking about the kingdom and the system of the world and And it's very interesting that it is named first. And those of us who have had some biblical training, we've heard of what is called the law of first mention. Have you heard of that before? The law of first mention is that when the first time a word is used in the Bible, it carries with it its meaning throughout the rest of the scripture. It may also take on other meanings with it, but the first mention of that word in the scripture is very significant, and it then sets a precedent for the rest of scripture. Anytime you see that word again, in the rest of the scripture, all through the Bible. And so it's not an accident when it says in verse 10, the first center of his kingdom were Babylon, then Eric and Akkad and Calne. It didn't say Eric, Akkad, Calne, and then Babylon. Babylon is listed first. It's the first kingdom established on the earth, and therefore it is also the name that represents the kingdom of this world. Now, let's turn the page, or it may in your Bible be across the page, the next chapter, chapter 11. Genesis 11. Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. As men moved eastward, they found a plain in Shinar and settled there. They said to each other, come, let's make bricks and bake them thoroughly. They used a brick instead of stone and tar for mortar. We'll come back and we'll talk about that. Then they said, come, let us build ourselves a city with a tower that reaches to the heavens. so that we may make a name for ourselves and not be scattered over the face of the whole earth. But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower that the men were building. The Lord said, if there's one people speaking the same language, they begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other. So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth and they stopped building the city. That is why it was called Babel. Babel, because there the Lord confused the language of the whole world. From there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth. And the word Babel means confusion. But the word Babylon comes from the word Babel. Babel is the root of the word Babylon. And actually in different translations, even when you read Babylon, it says Babel. And so Babylon and Babel are the same. So this is the system that was established on the earth. The first kingdom under Nimrod, a man whose name means rebellion, trying to bring the whole world under himself. I want us to see what is the spirit of this system. What is the spirit behind the system and the kingdom of this world? But let's start in Isaiah 14, and then we'll come back to Genesis 11. Isaiah 14, Isaiah chapter 14. And starting in verse 12, we're going to look at 12 through 15. says how you have fallen from heaven oh morning star son of the dawn now i read the new international version the niv and it says oh morning star this is not talking about jesus yes jesus is our morning star but this is not speaking of jesus if you read the king james the king james says oh lucifer lucifer it does not say satan and i don't want you to translate it as satan Because Lucifer is the name of Satan before he sinned, before he fell from heaven. Because we know that Satan used to be one of the highest ranking angels, which is called an archangel, in heaven. He used to be the worship leader of heaven. He was one of, we believe, the top three angels in heaven. And he was very, very, very beautiful. And so Satan, before he sinned, his name was Lucifer. And he operated in heaven and on the earth. Earth was already made, as we can see from the scripture. And this is talking about Lucifer or Satan. And it's talking about his fall because he rebelled. He sinned against God. But what was his sin? His sin was rebellion. Now, rebellion is rooted in pride. There is no rebellion without pride. Pride is the root of rebellion because pride says, I can do it myself. And rebellion says, I'm not going to follow you. I'm going to do it my way. And I'm going to exalt myself. So it was rooted in pride, but it was the sin of rebellion. And this is talking about his fall. It says how you have fallen from heaven. Oh, Lucifer. You have been cast down to the earth. You who once laid low the nations. Verse 13. You said in your heart, I will ascend to heaven. I will raise my throne above the stars of God. I will sit enthroned on the mountain of assembly on the utmost heights or the highest height. Of the sacred mountain. What is the highest height? Who's on the highest height? God. We read in other scriptures that God's throne is on the utmost height, on the highest height of the mountain in the heavenly Jerusalem. And Satan was saying, I'm going to raise my throne up to the highest height. I'm going to... Well, let's read the next verse. Verse 14. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds. I will make myself... like the most high. I will do it. I'm going to make myself like God. I'm going to make myself a king over the universe. I'm going to make myself like the most high God. Verse 15, but you are brought down, down, down, down to the grave, to the depths of the pit. Verse So what we see here is that the original sin of all sins was the sin of Lucifer. It was rooted in pride, and it's the sin of rebellion. And it's the rebellion that says, I'm going to lift myself up to be like God. I'm going to be king. I'm going to rule over everything. I don't need God. Now let's go back to Genesis 11. And I want you to see that is the spirit of these people that were building the Tower of Babel. Now, we'd ask the question, so many people would ask this question, well, what was wrong with building a tower? Are towers bad? No. I mean, we have towers all over the earth today. We have skyscrapers. We have tall buildings. It was not the fact that it was a tall building. But it was the spirit and the motive of the heart. Why they were doing it. It was rebellion against God. And we see the key in verse 4. They said, come let us build ourselves a city with a tower that reaches where? To the heavens. We are going to lift ourselves up to where God is. That's what they were saying. We will lift ourselves up to where God sits so that we may make a name for ourselves. And as Nimrod wanted to be king of all the earth, they wanted to be like God. What you just heard was the continuation of message number six in a series of messages that I've been sharing with you for the last several weeks called the kingdom of God. SPEAKER 01 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I'm Cherry Campbell. This morning, I'm going to continue sharing with you message number six in a series of messages that I've been sharing with you for the last several weeks called the Kingdom of God. And if you've missed any of these messages or would like to hear them again, you can go to my YouTube channel, which is under my name, Cherry Campbell, C-H-E-R-R-I, Campbell, C-A-M-P-B-E-L-L. And then the top category called radio broadcasts. You will see this series called the kingdom of God. Now, join me in our live class for the continuation of this message. Number six called the kingdom of God is superior. Continued. God will never let us down and he will never fail us. As he said in his own word in Hebrews 13, verse five. And the amplified Bible says. For God himself has said, I will not in any way fail you, nor give you up, nor leave you without support. I will not, I will not, I will not. And actually in the Greek, the New Testament was written in Greek. It is a triple emphasis, three times emphasis on those words. I will not, I will not, I will not in any degree leave you helpless or forsake you or let you down or relax my hold on you. Assuredly not. God himself has said, I'm going to read it again. And I believe that there are people that are hearing this today that you have felt helpless in different situations of your life. And whatever it is, God is saying this to you today. God himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up. nor leave you without support. I will not, I will not, I will not in any degree leave you helpless, nor forsake you, nor let you down, or relax my hold on you. Assuredly not. And verse 6 says, So therefore we take comfort. And we are encouraged and we confidently and boldly say, the Lord is my helper. I will not be seized with alarm. I will not fear or dread or be terrified. What can man do to me? Right. Amen. So I want you to take comfort as it says, we take comfort and we are encouraged today because God says, I will never leave you helpless or fail you or let you down. The world will let you down. Your family may let you down. Your friends may let you down. Your church may let you down, but God will never, never, never, never, never let you down. amen amen praise god god will never let you down he will never forsake you he will never desert you your family may desert you your friends may desert you but god will never desert you and he will never say well you deserve what you've got just stay there you're going to have to suffer with this for the rest of your life and i think some people have been told that And there are Christians that will tell you, well, you did it. You're going to just have to suffer with it. It's your own fault. God is a merciful God. And God is a forgiving God. And he will never leave you in your situation if you will just turn to him. And maybe you did do something wrong. Maybe it was your fault that you got in the mess you got in. I mean, all of our messes, we got in them ourselves. You know, God doesn't ever lead us into a mess or a problem. We get into it ourselves. But God is always ready to get us out. You know, and people may tell you, well, you deserve it. You did it. You did that stupid thing. Well, God is not unmerciful. God is forgiving and gracious and loving. And so all you have to do is say, Lord, I repent. I know that what I did was wrong. I messed up. Please forgive me and get me out of this situation. And God will jump in there right in the middle of that situation, right with you. And I'll say, OK, I'll take hold together with you. I'll pick you up. I'll encourage you and I'll strengthen you and I'll bring you out into a good land, into a land flowing with milk and honey. into a place that is abundant with peace and joy, into a place where you can be restored. There is restoration in the kingdom of God. There is restoration to everything that was lost and even into something better than what you had before. Amen. Amen. God can bring you out. He'll jump into that situation with you. But you must first repent and then you must be willing to be obedient to do what he says. If you remain stubborn and unchangeable, then you will stay where you are. And you'll stay in that situation that you've caused for yourself. But if you become willing to change and say, I was wrong. I'm willing to change and go a different way and follow you, Lord. And I'll be obedient and do whatever you say to do. God will bring you out and he'll bring you into a good land. Just like he brought Israel out of Egypt and he brought them into the promised land. God will get you out of your Egypt. He'll get you out of your wilderness, out of your desert, out of your dry place and and He'll bring you into your promised land, into your place that is flowing with milk and honey, your place that is abundant, your place that is rich and rewarding and fulfilling and full of joy and peace and the dream that you've got for your life. God is willing and able to do it when you follow Him. Amen? Amen. Amen. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. And Philippians 4, verse 13, most of us know this verse. It says, I can do all things or everything through him who gives me strength. We are able to do everything in the kingdom of God. You know, you may look at a situation and you look at it and say, I can't do that. Maybe you're in college or at the university and you take this test. I just can't do this. This is too hard. Or maybe you're facing another situation that says, I just can't do this. Never say you can't do it because with God you can do all things. And Matthew 19, verse 26, Matthew 19, 26 says, With God, all things are possible. So all things are possible to those who believe. All things are possible with God when you work with God. And when you allow the power and the anointing of God to help you and assist you and empower you, then you can do all things and there is no limit. So what I want you to see is that the kingdom of God is absolutely limitless. Amen? Amen. amen praise the Lord praise the Lord now the next one let's look at another area where the kingdom of God is superior to the kingdom of this world and this is really really I really find this interesting the kingdom of God is superior to the world in duration or longevity duration or longevity length of life or existence. And I want to focus on something here. The world system, the system of this world is both bound by time and ruled by by time. Two things, bound by time and ruled by time. Now, when I say bound by time, what I mean is it has boundaries. has boundaries of time. Now let's study this and look at it for a little bit. That means that there is a beginning boundary, time boundary of the kingdom of the world, and there is an ending boundary of time. There is a beginning boundary and an ending boundary of of the system of this world. And I want us to see the beginning of this world system. Go to Genesis chapter 10. Genesis chapter 10. Now, if you remember, in Genesis chapter 6, 7, 8, and 9, we read about Noah. And in Genesis 6, God told Noah to build an ark because there would be a flood that would come on the whole earth. In Genesis 7, we read about the flood. In Genesis 8, we read about the receding of the flood or how the flood waters receded and went away. And then in chapter 9, we see how God blessed Noah and told Noah to be fruitful and multiply and fill the whole earth, subdue the earth. And so the story of Noah goes all the way through Genesis 9. Then in Genesis 10, we begin to see the descendants of Noah. and what happened after the flood. And when you get down to Genesis 10, verse 8, it says, "'Kush was the father of Nimrod, who grew to be a mighty warrior on the earth.'" He was a mighty hunter before the Lord. That is why it is said, like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before the Lord. Verse 10. The first centers of his what? His kingdom. His kingdom were Babylon, Erech, Akkad, and Calnei. In Shinar. The first centers of his kingdom. This is the beginning of the kingdom of this world operating. This is the first kingdom that was established on earth. The name Nimrod in verse 8. Cush was the father of Nimrod. What you just heard was the continuation of message number six in a series of messages that I've been sharing with you for the last several weeks called the kingdom of God. And this message number six is called the kingdom of God is superior continued. And we will continue this message tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow. And remember, God loves you.
