Jim says he’s met many people who initially reached their financial, fitness, or other goals and then regressed because they abandoned the habits and routines that made them successful. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. You must commit to standard routines and form habits that are sustainable. No one can survive a starvation diet or a scorched-earth budget forever. Your success should stretch you but be both attainable and sustainable.
