Welcome to Seeds of Revelation, a short devotional presented by Rabbi Schneider, a Jewish believer in Jesus, the Messiah.
SPEAKER 01 :
2 Timothy 1.7 says this, God has not given us a spirit of fear or timidity, but of love and power and discipline or a sound mind. I love this word because it helps us understand who God’s calling us to be. Sometimes we accept something as normal that isn’t meant to be accepted as normal. To have a spirit of fear or timidity or worry, it’s not God’s normal. We need to ascend up into what we can be in the stratosphere of the Holy Spirit. God’s intention for us is that we would be empowered, beloved, to be bold, to have discipline, to be fearless, to have a sound mind, and to have godly discipline in our lives. And as we look to Him and ask Him for these things and press into these things and warfare into these things, we overcome and we find ourselves entering into a place of God’s peace, victory and rest. This is what God has in store for you. Beloved, let’s press in to receive our inheritance and the fullness of his promise to us.
