Cherry Campbell continues the enlightening study on God’s blessings, focusing on peace and joy. Through a narrative that ties together scriptures from Psalms, Isaiah, and John, listeners are encouraged to seek joy in the presence of the Lord and trust in His eternal strength. An illustrative story about understanding the provisions of the Bible serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of knowing and claiming God’s promises.

SPEAKER 02 :
Good morning. Welcome to Victorious Faith. I’m Cherri Campbell. This morning we’re going to continue our study on the blessings in the kingdom of God. So join me now for the continuation of this lesson, Blessings in the Kingdom of God. Now these are promises, but you receive them by faith. You confess them just like we’ve been saying them here. The Lord will guide me always. The Lord teaches me always. what is best for me the lord directs me in the way i should go you believe that you receive it and you shall have it and then and then now another blessing which is going to cover three more blessings another blessing is righteousness that we receive in the kingdom of god we receive righteousness in the kingdom of god and let’s go to the book of romans i call romance the book of righteousness because righteousness is one of the major themes through the entire book In Romans 1, verse 17. Verse 17. For in the gospel, a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith. From first to last, just as it is written, the righteous will live by faith. See, in the gospel, the good news of what? The gospel of the kingdom. In the gospel of the kingdom, a righteousness from God is revealed. It is the righteousness that is by faith. Hallelujah. Amen. Chapter 3, verse 22. Romans 3.22 says, This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. This is righteousness from God. It’s from the kingdom of God. A blessing in the kingdom. Now Romans 4.24. This was written also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness, for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. God credits righteousness to us who believe in him. It is part of the gospel of the kingdom. Amen. Romans 5, verses 16 and 17. Verse 16 and 17. Again, the gift of God is not like the result of the one man’s sin. The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation. But the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification. For if by the trespass of the one man death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness receive? reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ. When we receive grace and the gift of righteousness, we can reign in life. Who reigns? Who can reign? Who will reign? A king. A king is one who reigns. Well, if we are going to reign, we are going to be kings. Why? How can we be kings? Because we belong to a kingdom. When we receive the gift of righteousness, we can reign in life. Amen. Praise God. Now, the last verse here, Philippians chapter 3. Philippians chapter 3, verse 9. Well, the end of verse 8, I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ. The righteousness that comes from God and is by faith. Righteousness that comes from God and it comes from the kingdom of God. we receive righteousness by faith if you feel like you’re being beat up by condemnation you’re no good you’re always failing you don’t do this you don’t do that you did this you did that and you feel like you’re being beaten up by the devil with condemnation You need to receive your free gift of righteousness by faith and say, no devil, shut up. I’m washed in the blood of Jesus Christ. I’m cleansed by the blood. I’m forgiven. And I am made the righteousness of God in Christ. Amen. Amen. Then another blessing we receive is peace. Peace. Let’s go to Psalm 29. Psalm 29, verse 11. Psalm 29, 11. The Lord gives strength to his people. The Lord blesses his people with peace. He blesses his people with peace. Psalm 119, Psalm 119 and verse 165. Great peace have they who love your law. And nothing can make them stumble. Great peace have they who love your law. Those who love the word have great peace. Isaiah 26. Isaiah 26, verse 3. You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast because he trusts in you. We talked earlier about trusting in the Lord. Verse four says, trust in the Lord forever for the Lord. The Lord is the rock eternal. If he’s the rock eternal, then he’s our rock. He’s the one who keeps us strong and keeps us firm. It says in verse three, you will keep in perfect peace. Do you need perfect peace in your life, in your mind, in your soul? Trust in the Lord. Amen. Now go to John chapter 14. John chapter 14. John chapter 14 verse 27. Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you. Jesus gave us his peace. Does he have great peace? He sure does. He sure does. Amen. And then Philippians chapter 4. Philippians chapter 4. Go to verse 6 and 7. Verse 6. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Verse 7. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding… will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Do you need the peace of God to guard your heart and guard your mind? Present your request to God with thanksgiving. Trust in the Lord and he will give you great peace. Amen. Amen. Amen. Now, the last blessing we’re going to mention today is the blessing of joy. Joy in the Lord. Go to Nehemiah 8. Nehemiah chapter 8. And Nehemiah is encouraging the people. And he said, go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is sacred to our Lord. Do not grieve for the joy of the Lord is your strength. The joy of who? The joy of the Lord. It’s the Lord’s joy. And it’s in his kingdom. It’s in his kingdom. Go to Psalms. Psalm 16. Psalm 16. And look at verse 11. Psalm 16, 11 says, You have made known to me the path of life, and you will fill me with joy in your presence. You will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. He fills us with joy in his presence. Filled with joy. Do you want to be filled with joy? Get in the presence of the Lord. Amen? Amen. Look at John chapter 15. We’re almost done. We have just a few scriptures left. John chapter 15. And in verse 11, John 15, 11, it says, I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you. We receive the Lord’s joy. Just like we receive his peace, we receive his joy. Now go to Romans 15. Romans 15, verse 13. 15, verse 13. May the God of hope… fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him. How do you receive joy and peace? As you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. When we trust in the Lord and have faith in him, we can receive his joy and peace. Now the last verse we want to look at, Romans 14, verse 17. Romans 14, verse 17 says, For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. The kingdom of God is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. Now, in closing this lesson, I want to tell you a story. Because, as I’ve been saying, all these blessings are available. They’re available. They’re available to you and every believer. Every person who has been born again, has been born into the kingdom of God, has all of these blessings available to him now. All of these things we’ve named are available right now because we receive the kingdom now. We receive our inheritance now. God has already given us our inheritance. But we must receive them by faith. They’re not automatic. These blessings don’t just automatically fall on you. They don’t just automatically pop up in your life. None of them will. Why? Because there’s a devil. And John 10, 10 says, the devil came to steal, to kill, and to destroy. There’s a thief. He is the thief coming to steal, kill, and destroy. He will steal every one of these blessings from you if he can, if he can. So let me tell you this story. This is a true story, I believe. There was a woman who worked for the queen. She served the queen. She was a personal servant to the queen for many, many years. And then one day the queen died and the woman servant left the palace and she had nothing. She had no family. She had no possessions of her own. She had no savings or anything. She went and she found a small, just a tiny little house where she lived all by herself. Very, very poor with almost nothing. One day she became sick and a doctor came to see her. And when he was visiting her, he saw a piece of paper hanging on the wall in her house, in her little house. And he walked over to that piece of paper and he said to the woman, what is this? And the woman said, oh, the queen gave me that. You know, I worked for the queen. And the woman was very proud of that piece of paper. So the doctor read that piece of paper. And then after a moment after he read it, he turned to the woman that was lying there ill on the bed. And he said, what are you doing here living like this? Don’t you know what this paper says? And the woman said, No, I can’t read. And the doctor said, This paper is signed by the Queen And it declares that you should be taken care of in the palace for the rest of your life. All of your needs should be taken care of for you in the palace for the rest of your life. You don’t need to be living here like this. Take this piece of paper and go back to the palace and receive what she has made ready for you. You see, that is the way so many Christians are today. What is the piece of paper? It’s the Bible. The Bible is full of promises, full of provisions. But because people don’t read the Bible, they don’t know what’s been made available. People don’t read the Bible so they are sick and they lie sick, not knowing that healing is available. It’s one of the provisions. It’s one of the promises. It’s one of the blessings available. What you just heard was the continuation of our study on the blessings in the kingdom of God. And we will continue this lesson again tomorrow. So join me again tomorrow. And remember, God loves you. You are blessed and highly favored by the Lord.
