Welcome to Seeds of Revelation, a short devotional presented by Rabbi Schneider, a Jewish believer in Jesus, the Messiah. A very deep and profound verse in the Word of God is found in 1 John, John’s first letter, chapter 4, verse 18. And what John wrote there was that perfect love casteth out all fear. When you and I are strengthened by the Ruach HaKadosh, the Holy Spirit, To know the depth of God’s love for us and how his love touches every area of our lives and that we can fully trust him, we will live lives of freedom without fear. John went on to write in that same verse, “‘He that is fearing has not yet been perfected in love.'” I want to encourage you today to continue to cry out to God to strengthen you with his spirit that you would be able to root all fear out of your soul, out of your thoughts, out of your mind. Beloved, God is in the process of strengthening and transforming us. And the end result to this is that we will walk in perfect freedom as we become aware by the power of his spirit of how perfectly loved, protected, and safe we are in him.
